Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Premium Stake Account ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site, messaging us on Telegram, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept them, do not order. There is no partial acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To order from us you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher;
• Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract;
• Be responsible for determining whether online gambling and the purchase of a gambling account are lawful where you live;
• Not be a person or entity subject to sanctions that would make dealing with you unlawful.

We do not verify your age or location, and we do not perform identity checks. That is a deliberate choice about data minimisation, not a loophole — the obligation to be eligible rests entirely on you, and ordering is your representation that you are.

3. Risk disclosure

We would rather lose a sale than have you discover this after paying. Read all of it.

1. Terms-of-service breach. Stake prohibits account transfer. Using a purchased account breaches Stake's terms whether or not you are ever caught.
2. Suspension and confiscation. Stake may freeze, restrict or permanently close an account it believes has been transferred, and may withhold the balance and any accrued VIP rewards. This can happen at any point, including years later.
3. Identity verification. Stake can request verification at its discretion, commonly when withdrawing larger sums. A purchased account will not be registered in your name. If you cannot satisfy a verification request, you may lose access to the account and the funds on it.
4. No control over the operator. We have no relationship with, influence over, or visibility into Stake's decisions. We cannot appeal, reverse or intervene in any action they take.
5. Irreversible payment. Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be recalled. If you send funds to the wrong address, they are gone.
6. Gambling loss. A higher VIP rank changes the reward structure. It does not change the house edge, and it does not make any game profitable. You can and likely will lose money gambling regardless of tier.
7. Legal exposure. In some jurisdictions, gambling or holding a gambling account is restricted or unlawful. Determining your position is your responsibility.

4. What we sell

We sell existing Stake.com accounts that have already accumulated loyalty points and reached a stated VIP level. A purchase transfers the credentials and control of that account to you. Every order includes:

• Stake username and password
• The linked email address and its mailbox password
• The two-factor authentication recovery seed, where 2FA is enabled
• A record of the VIP level and loyalty point total at the time of handover
• A written handover guide covering the credential rotation sequence
• A 48-hour post-delivery support window over Telegram

We do not sell account balances. Unless stated in writing in your specific quote, accounts are delivered with a zero or nominal balance. VIP level and loyalty points are what you are buying.

5. Ordering & quotes

All orders are placed through Telegram. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices and are not offers capable of acceptance. Your binding price is the figure quoted to you in chat for a specific account.

Before payment you will receive the account's exact VIP level, loyalty point total, and screenshots of the VIP panel. Check them. A quote is valid for 24 hours unless we say otherwise, because stock and tier pricing both move.

We may decline any order for any reason, including where we believe the buyer is underage, is attempting to resell in bad faith, or intends to use the account unlawfully.

6. Payment

We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana and USDT on TRC20 and ERC20. We do not accept cards, PayPal, bank transfer, gift cards or any reversible payment method.

• Payment is due in full before delivery, unless escrow is used.
• Network fees are yours. The quoted amount must arrive net of fees.
• Send only the named asset on the named network. Cross-network sends are usually unrecoverable and we cannot credit them.
• Underpayments are held until topped up. Overpayments are refunded to the sending address on request, less network fees.
• Prices are denominated in USD; the crypto amount is fixed at the quoted rate and holds for 30 minutes.

7. Delivery

In-stock Platinum and Diamond I accounts are typically delivered within 10 to 30 minutes of payment confirming on-chain. Diamond III and above are built to order, and the timeline is quoted in writing before you pay.

Delivery is made to the Telegram account that placed the order and nowhere else. We will not redirect a delivery to a different handle after payment, because that is exactly what an account takeover looks like from our side.

Stated timelines are good-faith estimates. Delays caused by blockchain congestion, or by Stake-side conditions outside our control, do not constitute a breach on our part.

8. Your obligations after delivery

The moment credentials reach you, follow the handover guide. At minimum:

1. Change the mailbox password first
2. Then change the Stake account password
3. Then remove the existing 2FA and re-enrol it with your own authenticator
4. Review and terminate any other active sessions on the account
5. Confirm to us in chat that the rotation is complete

Do it immediately. Once you have changed the credentials, we no longer hold access. If you delay and something goes wrong in the interim, that is on you — and it is precisely why the guide puts these steps in this order.

9. Refunds & replacements

9.1 When you are covered

• The delivered account does not match the VIP level or loyalty point total quoted to you
• The credentials do not work on arrival and we cannot fix them within 24 hours
• We cannot deliver within the timeline quoted for a built-to-order account

In these cases you get a replacement account of equal specification or a full refund to an address you nominate, at your choice.

9.2 When you are not covered

• Stake suspends, restricts or closes the account after delivery
• You fail a Stake identity verification request
• You lose money gambling on the account
• You lose access because you did not rotate the credentials, or lost them yourself
• You change your mind after credentials have been delivered
• The VIP rewards paid out are smaller than you hoped — those amounts are set by Stake, vary with your own volume and play pattern, and are not something we control or guarantee

Refund claims must be raised within the 48-hour support window. After that, sales are final. This is standard for irrevocable digital handovers, and it is the reason we recommend escrow on anything substantial.

10. Escrow

Escrow through a mutually agreed third party is available on any order and is standard on orders above $1,000. Under escrow, funds are released only once you confirm the account matches the specification.

Escrow fees are split equally unless agreed otherwise. We will not object to a reasonable escrow agent of your choosing. If a seller anywhere refuses escrow on a four-figure order, treat that as information.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use an account purchased from us to:

• Launder money or process proceeds of crime
• Evade sanctions, or transact on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity
• Defraud any person, including Stake, or any other buyer or seller
• Gamble as, or on behalf of, a person under 18
• Gamble on behalf of someone who has self-excluded
• Break any law that applies to you

We refuse orders where we suspect any of the above and we will not resume dealing with that buyer.

Premium Stake Account is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by or connected to Stake.com, Medium Rare N.V., or any of their subsidiaries, partners or affiliates. "Stake", "Stake.com" and all associated names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used on this site solely for descriptive identification of the accounts we sell, as permitted by nominative fair use.

13. Warranties & liability

Except as expressly stated in section 9, everything we supply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms, this site, or any account we sell you is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that account. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, gambling losses, lost bonuses, lost VIP progression, confiscated balances, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, under any theory of liability, even if advised such loss was possible.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The design, copy, code and visual assets of this website are ours and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission. Third-party marks referenced on this site remain the property of their owners.

16. Changes & severability

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version here with a new "last updated" date. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that governs that order. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
