Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Premium Stake Account ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells premium, pre-ranked Stake.com VIP accounts. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Stake.com, Medium Rare N.V. or any related entity.

This policy explains what information we handle when you browse this site, message us on Telegram, or place an order. It applies to this website and to our Telegram sales channel.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

• Telegram identifiers. Your Telegram username, display name and numeric user ID become visible to us the moment you message us. We do not receive your phone number unless you choose to share it.
• Order details. The tier you asked for, region, currency, any customisation you specified, and the price agreed.
• Payment references. The cryptocurrency network used, the transaction hash, and the sending address as it appears on the public blockchain.
• Anything else you volunteer. If you tell us something in chat, we have it. Please do not send us documents, identity papers or financial statements — we do not need them and we do not want them.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Server logs. Our host records IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp for every request. This is standard web-server behaviour and is used for security and to diagnose faults.
• Local storage. The site may store a small preference flag in your browser (for example, whether you have dismissed a notice). This never leaves your device.

3. What we deliberately do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want:

• Your legal name, home address or date of birth
• Government identity documents, passports or driving licences
• Bank account details, card numbers or statements
• Selfies, proof of address, or any other identity-verification material
• Your Stake account credentials for any account you already hold

If you send any of the above unprompted, we will delete it and ask you not to send it again. Holding that material would create risk for you and obligations for us that neither of us needs.

4. Why we process it

• To answer your enquiry and quote a price — we cannot reply to a message without processing the message.
• To fulfil your order and deliver credentials to the right person.
• To confirm payment against the on-chain transaction you sent.
• To provide the 48-hour post-delivery support window.
• To detect and prevent fraud against us or against other buyers, including duplicate-claim and chargeback-style abuse.
• To keep the site up and defend against abuse, scraping and denial-of-service attempts.

Where a legal basis framework such as the UK or EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on performance of a contract for order fulfilment and legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and service operation.

5. Telegram & third parties

Sales conversations happen on Telegram. That means Telegram is a processor of your data independently of us, under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Standard Telegram cloud chats are encrypted in transit and at rest on Telegram's servers but are not end-to-end encrypted. If you want end-to-end encryption, start a Secret Chat — we will honour that.

Other third parties involved in running this site:

• Our web host and CDN, which process request logs as described above.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which serve typefaces and the 3D library used on the homepage. Your browser contacts these when loading the page, and they will see your IP address as a consequence.
• Escrow agents, but only when you and we jointly agree to use one, and only to the extent needed to complete that specific transaction.

We do not sell, rent, licence or trade your information to anyone. There is no advertising network on this site.

6. Cookies & analytics

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing, or any similar profiling tag.

If we later add privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages people read, we will name the provider here before switching it on. Any such provider will be one that does not use cookies or build cross-site profiles.

7. How long we keep data

• Telegram conversations: retained while the support window is open, then for up to 90 days in case of a dispute, then deleted on request.
• Order records (tier, price, date, transaction hash): retained up to 12 months for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
• Server logs: typically rotated within 30 days by our host.
• Blockchain records: these are public and permanent. We cannot delete them, and neither can anyone else. That is a property of the networks, not a choice we made.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Order records are kept on encrypted storage with access limited to the people who fulfil orders. Credentials for accounts awaiting delivery are held encrypted and are wiped after handover.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you through the Telegram conversation you used, promptly and without downplaying it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Receive a copy in a portable format
• Complain to your national data protection authority

Message us on Telegram to exercise any of these. Because we hold so little and identify you only by Telegram handle, the practical answer to "what do you have on me" is usually "this conversation and one transaction hash" — and deletion is quick. We aim to respond within 30 days.

We operate online and the parties involved in serving this site — hosting, CDN, Telegram — are located in multiple countries. By using this site or messaging us, you accept that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions whose data protection laws differ from your own.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be posted in our Telegram channel. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
